Job - Electronics Technician

Job Opportunity: Electronics Technician

The Role

Assemble and test magnetic measuring instruments, reporting to the Production Manager and Supervisor.

Main Duties

  • Training Production Assemblers
  • Analysis and repair of magnetic measuring instruments using electronic test equipment
  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks on completed products
  • Amend manufacturing documents as required
  • Other duties as required by a Manager or Director of the Company


Skills and Experience


  • Experience of testing electronics instrumentation
  • Experience of electro/mechanical assembly
  • Good soldering skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic and methodical


  • Apprenticeship in instrumentation or electronics
  • Assembly experience of measuring instruments and sensors
  • Formal qualification in relevant discipline (e.g. electronics)

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working as an Electronics Technician

Hours and Salary

This position is full-time for a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday

Salary TBA depending on capabilities and experience
