Job - Technical Sales Executive

Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Executive

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager the role involves:

Main Duties


  • Answer customers’ technical questions before and after sales
  • Attendance at tradeshows and exhibitions
  • Customer support and product troubleshooting
  • Technical interface between the Production team and customers in the event of a repair
  • Preparation of Operation Manuals’ technical content and review of existing manuals
  • Customer training
  • Other duties at the request of a Company Director or Manager

Skills and Experience 

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Methodical and organised
  • Be self-motivated
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Preferable:

    A Physics or Electronics background with education to Degree or Masters level 

    The successful candidate should be interested in understanding the operation of scientific equipment and have the ability to explain difficult concepts to our customers.

  • Hours and Salary

    This position is full-time, 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday

    Salary TBA depending on experience
