Spacemag Three-Axis Space Magnetometer

Originally announced as the Mag800, Spacemag is Bartington's first instrument specifically designed for the demanding environment of space. Lightweight, low noise and with minimal heat output, it is ideal for use in the attitude control systems of spacecraft on long-term missions in both high and low orbits, or as a sensor for mapping the Earth’s magnetic field.

Spacemag has been shock- and vibration-tested to NASA-STD-7001 for space launch and its vacuum compatible components are specified for 100kRad. The configuration is flexible so that it can be adapted to suit different types of spacecraft and missions.
